This is the Privacy Policy of Latitude 37 Pubs ABN: 97 128 726 643 referred to as “Latitude 37 Pubs”, “we”, “us” or “our”. This Privacy Policy explains how Latitude 37 Pubs collects, uses, discloses, manages and protects personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
By using our services, entering our venues, joining our loyalty program, engaging with our digital platforms, or providing personal information to us, you consent to your personal information being handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Tabit Technologies Pty Ltd (Tabit) refers to a third-party service provider to Latitude 37 Pubs which supplies POS and related hospitality technology and services.

Latitude 37 Pubs may use service providers and systems that store or process information outside of Australia. This includes service providers located in Israel and the United States. We only disclose information internationally where permitted under the Privacy Act.
